Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items or items purchased during promotions are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.
Due to hygiene concerns, undergarments and intimate items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 7–14 days and are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
